Founded in 2003 by two professional women, WIN was designed to improve our local community by providing women in need the opportunity to enhance their self-esteem.  We pledge to provide resources necessary to enable women in need to become women of strength, and provide reinforcement as they develop the qualities of compassion, professionalism, and motivation which will lead them to the path of success.

WIN is led by a board of 12 professionals and comprised of volunteers called WINNERS. Volunteers are women and men who meet regularly to brainstorm and plan various fundraising events.
